items ship via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator within 3-7 business days. If you select a tracked shipment you will be able to follow your order until it's delivered. Unfortunately, if you do not choose to have your item tracked, we will be unable to locate it if there are any delays.
P I C K U P
orders can be picked up anytime locally in Mission, BC (approximately an hour outside of Vancouver). Alternatively, pick up MAY be arranged in Maple Ridge, BC or Coquitlam, BC (this varies, so please do not count on this method of pick up). If you would like to pick up locally, please select the option for local pick up at checkout and email:
firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time and day for pick up.

The Curated Tribe is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items will be carefully and delicately packed by the owner. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipper with photos.

At this time, The Curated Tribe cannot accept any refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be aware that all vintage pieces are pre-loved and sold as is. That being said, please be aware that we will do our best to describe each item and if there are any flaws.
